Nexus believes support after a life-changing event such as an acquired or traumatic brain injury, stroke or illness is imperative for patients and family members. To adjust, adapt, and cope with the injury and challenges that lie ahead throughout the recovery process, our psychologists deliver counseling and therapy to patients individually. Focusing on our residents’ unique needs, family or a spouse can be incorporated into counseling to learn how to best support and interact with their loved one.
We're sharing the success stories of our patients and residents. Learn about the milestones they reached and goals they achieved during their time with us.

We are committed to serving those who have served for us, and helping them return to productive and meaningful lives.
