Nexus Neurorecovery Center – San Antonio

Coming in 2022

After a brain injury, stroke, or spinal cord injury, many individuals continue their journey at a post-acute rehabilitation facility. Focusing on regaining skills, strength, and stamina, residents participate in tailored and group physical, occupational, and speech therapy. Recreational therapy is also available, in addition to cognition classes, counseling, behavioral support, day programming, and many other services to help residents return to lives of productivity and meaning.

These services are vital to helping individuals successfully transition from an acute hospital setting or another post-acute rehabilitation facility to home. Nexus is excited and proud to be expanding our nationally recognized Neurorecovery Center to serve San Antonio and the neighboring communities. The San Antonio campus will feature the same residential continuum that enables individuals to enter at one level and progress to a more independent environment as needs and care evolve. The new facility will also offer the same extensive array of services and activities that have proven beneficial in helping individuals return to work, school, or home. Check back for more details as we are on this journey of mending minds.
