Residential Brain Injury Rehabilitation for Military Personnel

Nexus Health Systems’ comprehensive rehabilitation program offers a continuum of care for active duty and retired military service members. Through our individualized assessment and treatment approach, our dedicated military team — consisting of neurologists, neuropsychiatrists, neuropsychologists, and physical and medical rehabilitation physicians — restores life skills and high-level executive functions, helping our country’s heroes lead productive and meaningful lives.

  • Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI)
  • Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
