Does your loved one in the Rio Grande Valley area have medical and behavioral conditions requiring complex care?
Specialty programs are closer to the Rio Grande Valley than you think.
Children and adults living with multiple health conditions need more than one doctor to manage their complex care; they need a team of specialists working together to create a seamlessly integrated treatment plan, from medication and therapy to caregiver training. Since 1992, we have provided healing and hope for these members of the community.
Nexus is a safe and efficient discharge option for patients who need a bridge between hospital and home. We offer a combination of physical, behavioral, and mental health services at facilities across the Gulf Coast and South Texas regions. Whether they’re recovering from brain injury or navigating severe autism and type 1 diabetes, we’re here to walk with patients step-by-step on their road to recovery — because we’re passionate about mending minds.
Complex care is just a short drive away for South Texas residents.
We offer specialty treatment for a range of medically complex diagnoses. And because our network includes hospitals and medical-model residential treatment centers, patients are able to move between higher- and lower-acuity levels of care as their needs evolve over time. Wherever patients are in their journey, Nexus equips them with the skills and confidence they need to thrive.
