A nurturing community offering lifelong medical care after catastrophic injury.
After a severe injury or illness, some survivors require ongoing care that cannot be managed at home. Our unique programming is designed to support adults with complex medical needs by fostering physical, emotional, and social wellbeing. More than just long-term care, the Life Care Program immerses patients in a structured and engaging community where they can achieve the highest level of independence possible — because we’re mending minds.

What is the purpose of life care?
The purpose of a life care program is to meet the long-term medical, behavioral, and rehabilitation needs of individuals who cannot be safely supported in a home or community setting. Life care programs provide 24/7 clinical oversight, access to specialized physicians, therapists, and nurses, and structured environments designed to stabilize health and support recovery. The goal is to improve quality of life, prevent medical complications, and promote functional gains through consistent, coordinated care. These programs also give families peace of mind, knowing their loved one’s complex needs are being monitored and managed in a safe, therapeutic setting.
