Debra Lanclos has more than 25 years of leadership experience in patient safety, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance across acute and specialty healthcare settings. She has led system-wide initiatives that reduced hospital-acquired conditions, strengthened reporting transparency, and supported accreditation and quality performance.

Debra holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She has served in senior quality leadership roles and continues to advance high-reliability practices across Nexus Health Systems.
