Paul Williams leads plant operations for Nexus Health Systems, overseeing facilities, construction, safety, and regulatory compliance across the organization. He brings more than 40 years of management experience in healthcare and senior living, with deep expertise in capital projects and environment of care.

Most recently, Paul served as Director of Project Management at HSM, Inc., where he oversaw capital projects for multiple senior living facilities across Texas, Florida, and Tennessee. Earlier, he held Director of Facilities roles at CHI St. Luke’s Health and HCA’s Park Plaza Hospital, leading facilities, construction, and safety.
