Roger Caron brings more than 25 years of healthcare leadership experience, including 28 years of service in the U.S. Navy. During his military career, he held multiple health service support roles and participated in numerous deployments.

Prior to joining Nexus, Roger served as Chief Executive Officer of a long-term acute care hospital in Pennsylvania. He joined Nexus in 2022 and is focused on building high-performing teams and strengthening access to specialized pediatric care. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Southern Illinois University and a Master of Healthcare Administration from Baylor University.
