Trisha Goetz has more than 25 years of leadership experience in behavioral health, with expertise in clinical operations, quality improvement, program development, and organizational leadership. She has held executive roles with Guidelight Health, ERC Pathlight, and Laradon, where she led multidisciplinary teams and expanded access to high-quality behavioral health services.

Trisha earned her Doctor of Social Work from Walden University and her Master of Social Work from Indiana University.
