Situated on a wooded, 26-acre campus, Nexus Neurorecovery Center – Conroe offers the Rise Program, a comprehensive neurological rehabilitation program for individuals recovering from severe traumatic brain injury, stroke, spinal cord injury, and other neurological diagnoses. This campus is also home to the Life Care Program, which offers long-term residential care for patients who have sustained serious, life-altering injuries. At Nexus Neurorecovery Center, we are committed to returning individuals to lives of productivity and meaning, because we’re mending minds.

Located in Conroe, Texas, 20 minutes from The Woodlands and 45 minutes from downtown Houston, Nexus Neurorecovery Center – Conroe boasts beautiful scenery while being close to accommodations and dining options.
