Nexus’ San Antonio residential treatment center, Nexus Neurorecovery Center, helps its female residents navigate mental and behavioral health challenges, as well as any co-occurring medical needs. Our post-acute, community-like facility in the heart of the city allows individuals to work toward goals in a residential setting. What we offer is different from any other residential treatment center, as we work to heal the whole person — because mending minds is what we do.
