The 26-acre Nexus Neurorecovery Center – Conroe campus helps individuals make progress after a complex injury or illness
Situated on a wooded, 26-acre campus, Nexus’ Houston residential treatment center, Nexus Neurorecovery Center, is a medical model residential treatment center helping adolescents and adults navigate simultaneous physical, mental, and behavioral health needs. Unique programs and holistic services address challenges that inpatient hospitals and psychiatric facilities may not be able to fully address. This campus is also home to Nexus’ neurological rehabilitation program, for individuals after brain or spinal cord injury, stroke, DOC, and other neurological diagnoses. It also serves as a full-time home for Life Care Program residents. Offering a variety of services and programs is central to what we do, mending minds.

- Integrates physical medicine and rehabilitation, neurology, psychiatry, psychology, mental health therapists, and mental health technicians Mental health services, including behavior management, mental health, individual and group therapy interventions
- Physical, occupational, cognitive, speech, and vocational therapies
- Recreational therapy, pet therapy, and activities that promote prosocial interactions
- Daily physician, physician’s assistant, and nurse practitioner coverage

- Greenhouse, auto detailing space, screen printing room, craft room, and gift shop for vocational skills development
